Join dance artist and movement practitioner Sophie Hutchinson for a gentle workshop exploring weight,

grounding, and presence through movement and connection with natural materials. Drawing on somatic

and improvisational practices, we will work with stones to support listening to the body, sensing gravity,

and finding pathways into movement.

This is an invitation to slow down, connect with the earth, and discover how simple materials can offer

profound insight into how we move and relate. Open to all bodies and movement experiences.
